Shipping & Returns

All orders over $200.00 before tax, receive free Shipping.

This product can be shipped to any province in Canada.

Temporary Restrictions:

 

Due to suspension and or demand of Shipping, there may be a slight delay with your order.  We apologize in advance for any delay that may occur as a result.  On average, most orders should arrive 3-5 business days.

 

* Orders under $200.00 are subject to a shipping fee of $14.00.

The shipping charges are not refundable. We do not accept returns on products.

Out-of-Stock Items

You will receive an email if any items from your order are currently out-of-stock with an Estimated Time of Availability (ETA).

 

Claims:

In very rare cases, if your order is not delivered within the above mentioned period, claims can be made 4 weeks after the shipping date through the local postal company. Once the claim is approved, a second shipment or store credit will be issued. There will be no extra shipping cost for the second shipment.

If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will return your call within 24 hours within our business hours or next business day if it is after hours.

SHIPPING IN CANADA

 

Orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received if placed by 12:00 noon (EST). However, due to reduced staffing, shipping may take longer than usual.

 

Please note that Canada Post has revised its shipping policy in light of current circumstances. To minimize customer interactions at the door, reduce foot traffic at post offices, and support social distancing, they have introduced a "Knock, Drop, and Go" approach. 

 

Delivery employees will knock or ring the doorbell, choose the safest location available to leave the package, and then proceed to the next address. This change eliminates the need for signatures at the door and significantly reduces the number of parcels sent to post offices for pickup. 

 

Although Canada Post aims to provide timely and reliable service, they have suspended all On-time Delivery Guarantees for parcel services until further notice to manage potential challenges.

 

Your package may also be left in your mailbox, including community mailboxes if applicable. It is recommended that you track your order using the tracking number provided once Canada Post picks it up, to avoid any delays in retrieving your package from your mailbox.
